I took some photos of the starlink satellites and some star constellations in night mode and they came out (obviously still dots, but clear enough). I would like to try the phone camera with a zoom next to see how it compares.
Saying that, I am going backwards experimenting with film and using an old Mamiya C330. But will have to wait a bit to see what the film comes out like!

It is truly a rewarding experience to find a cooperative butterfly every once in a while. What a beauty you captured there with your cell phone!

Ha ha yes it is! They are skittish things and sensitive to any shadow, movement and noise. Yes cell phone technology is quite impressive these days.
